Is this scraping LinkedIn?+
No. The agent uses public web search and direct page fetches — it never logs into LinkedIn or bypasses auth walls. Profile URLs are recorded only when they actually appeared in retrieved results, never constructed from a name.
Where do the prospects come from?+
The open web: company team pages, business registers, funding and launch news, conference agendas, public profile snippets. Every prospect carries the source page where their name and role were seen, plus a confidence level. Fewer results than you asked for means the agent refused to guess.
What counts against my credits?+
Two things: leads (each NEW prospect a search saves — duplicates are free) and deep dossiers (one per research run). Notes, voice memos, and videos are unlimited on every plan, and so is viewing, sharing, and tracking them.
Do prospects need an account to watch my video?+
No. Each note, voice memo, or video lives on its own personal page — “Hi Ana, a short video from …” — on an unguessable link. It unfurls with a play-button card in Slack, iMessage, and email clients, and you see the view count and when it was first opened.
How do teams work?+
Invite teammates with a link from the Team page. They work inside your projects and draw from your credit pool, and everything shows who did it — which prospects each person added, who recorded which message, who said what in the agent chat.
What's the difference between the app and the open-source engine?+
The engine — prospect search and deep research — is MIT-licensed and free to run with your own API keys. The app runs that same engine for you and adds the parts that aren't in the CLI: the agent chat, the dashboard, personal outreach pages with view tracking, and teams.
How accurate is the research?+
Every dossier carries its confidence level, the actual pages read, and notes on what's estimated versus verified. The engine is built to leave fields empty rather than invent precision — a guessed email that bounces damages your sending domain, so it never guesses one.
