Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LanderMixer (“the Service”), provided by Shape Labs(“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What LanderMixer does

LanderMixer turns a LinkedIn profile URL (or a CSV of URLs) into one personalized landing page per prospect, using AI to research the prospect from public sources and rewrite the page copy. Pages can be published on a LanderMixer-managed subdomain or your own custom domain.

2. Accounts and access

Access today is sales-led — accounts are provisioned by Shape Labs after a strategy call. You're responsible for the activity on any account you operate, and for keeping its credentials safe.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Bulk-scrape LinkedIn or any other platform in violation of that platform's Terms of Service.
• Send unsolicited bulk messaging that violates anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
• Generate or distribute content that's defamatory, deceptive, or illegal.
• Impersonate another person or company without their permission.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or attempt to access data you're not authorized to see.

You're responsible for ensuring your outreach to the people you target is lawful in the jurisdictions involved.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the offer information, brand assets, and prospect lists you supply. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service for you. We retain ownership of the platform, the templates, the prompts, and any product improvements.

Generated landing-page content (the AI's output for your prospects) is yours to use commercially. Where the AI surfaces information about a prospect, that information comes from public sources and is provided for legitimate B2B outreach.

5. AI-generated content

The Service generates copy using Anthropic's Claude models. AI output can be inaccurate or unfortunate; you're responsible for reviewing pages before sending them. We do not warrant the factual accuracy of generated content. Don't send a page you wouldn't personally stand behind.

6. Pricing and payment

Pricing is quoted on the strategy call based on volume, custom-domain count, and whether you take a templated or fully bespoke rollout. Any fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Privacy and data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we never train AI models on your data or on the data you submit about prospects.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee at this stage. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for paying customers.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause. On termination we'll provide a reasonable window to export your data. We may suspend an account immediately if its use violates these Terms or threatens the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shape Labs is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
