Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SHAPE (operator of LanderMixer) collects and processes personal data. Plain-language version: the open-source CLI sends us nothing at all, this website uses cookieless analytics, we never train AI models on your data, and you can reach us at any time.

1. The open-source CLI: no telemetry

When you run the LanderMixer CLI or library, it contains no telemetry, no analytics, and no LanderMixer server in the loop. Your API keys and research requests go directly from your machine to the providers you configure (Anthropic; optionally Proxycurl), under your own agreements with them. We receive nothing — not your keys, not your leads, not your dossiers.

The dossiers you generate can contain personal data about the people you research. For that data, you are the data controller under laws like the GDPR — store and use it accordingly.

2. Information we collect on this website

• Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention.
• Product analytics via PostHog (EU-hosted), configured cookieless: page views, referrers, coarse device/country data, and interaction events (e.g. copying a command, clicking through to GitHub). Nothing is persisted in your browser between visits and no cross-site tracking takes place.
• If you join the hosted-version waitlist: the contact details you submit — name, work email, company, and any optional fields you choose to fill.

3. How we use it

• Operate and improve this website.
• Contact you about the waitlist you joined, if you joined it.
• Understand aggregate usage (which sections people read, what converts).

We do not train AI models on your data and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. AI processing

When you run the tool yourself, AI processing happens under YOUR Anthropic account and Anthropic's commercial terms — under those terms, prompts and outputs are notused to train Anthropic's models. See Anthropic's Commercial Terms for current details.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run this website:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• PostHog — cookieless analytics (EU region).
• Supabase — waitlist storage.
• Slack — internal notification when someone joins the waitlist.

Each acts as a data processor under our instructions. We may also disclose data when legally compelled.

6. Data retention

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove you or the waitlist becomes obsolete. Analytics data and server logs are retained for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (notably under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@shape-labs.comto exercise any of these rights — we'll respond within statutory timeframes.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data — encryption in transit, scoped access, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is 100% secure; we'll notify affected parties promptly in the event of a material breach.

9. Children

LanderMixer is a B2B product and not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers operate globally; data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other legally-recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Changes to this Policy

We'll update this Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this site before they take effect.
